The candidate of Intern Brazil’s program, can assume that the better their Portuguese, the better will be their opportunities as well.
Fluency in Portuguese in not mandatory. However, regardless of the requirements of the company that will receive an international intern, knowing the basics is indispensable to face daily necessities.
Besides its orientation and support material, Intern Brazil works in partnership with language schools, both online and face to face, so that the intern can speak Portuguese from its country of origin and with high intensity while in Brazil.
It is clear that besides learning Portuguese, a foreigner can also teach different languages to Brazilians and this can turn out to be an income for those who are interested.
We advise, however, that all the participants take the opportunity to practice the Portuguese while in Brazil and continue to learn it for a few months after getting back home.
Language schools and private language teachers can apply in our company registration.
